Ashraf Omran (most people call him Omran) is a product design leader in Saudi Arabia with 12 years of experience across product design, design systems, CX–design operations, and AI-first design. He led design at NEOM until August 2026, directing 6 in-house designers and 3 external vendor teams and owning a 220+ component design system spanning web, native iOS and Android, and airport kiosk terminals. He is now open to Product Design Lead and management roles in KSA. He works in Arabic and English, mentors 50+ designers on ADPList, and is the founder of WorthMap.
